R&R Head Labs is not a conventional barbershop. Based in Denver, CO, we deliver hyper-personalized hair care services and products by expert barbers who have been justice-impacted and other returning community members committed to a brighter future.

Job Summary
The Barber will provide expert haircutting, styling, barbering, and waxing services applicable to the individual's licensure in addition to exceptional customer service. We are looking for real people, with lived experience, who are truly committed to making the world a better place, connecting with others in their community, and inspiring those around them to be grounded, grateful, and striving to be their best.
Duties/ Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
Skillfully execute customer service and barbering services using the steps in the Lucky 7 to ensure you are providing an excellent client experience.

Acknowledge guests with a warm and welcoming greeting

Provide exceptional barber services and exceed service performance standards

Assist guests with retail sales

Maintain and clean workstations to meet shop standards and required health and safety standards

Maintain a clean Barbershop

Proficient skills in providing hair services offered by R&R Head Labs (as stated above).

Strong verbal communication skills.

Excellent sales, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Active Colorado State Cosmetology or Barber's license, or 2+ years cutting experience and willingness to attend school
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and performing hair services.
-
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.
The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Colfax)
