Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Master Esthetician who is highly skilled, confident with advanced devices, and passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and client results.
This is a part-time, revenue-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a treatment + sales environment, builds strong client relationships, and is motivated by commission and performance-based earnings.
Schedule
- Friday, Saturday, Monday
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Approximately 22 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments with precision and professionalism
- Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on services, skincare, and long-term treatment plans
- Drive revenue through service packages, memberships, and product sales
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards
- Deliver a high-touch, luxury patient experience
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- Active Virginia Master Esthetician License (required)
- Proven experience performing:
- Morpheus8
- IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
- Clear + Brilliant
- Microneedling (SkinPen)
- Dermaplaning
- Hydrafacials
- Chemical Peels
- Strong consultation and client relationship-building skills
- Confidence recommending and selling treatment plans and skincare products
- Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and wellness
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client results
