We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety and code compliance, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install residential plumbing systems according to project specifications
- Perform installation and repair of plumbing fixtures and piping
- Report to the Chicopee or Albany office to pick up material when necessary
- Occasionally pick up supplies from local supply houses
- Use a Yankee Home Vehicle to travel to the customer’s home, arriving fully prepared with all necessary tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Thoroughly clean up all debris upon job completion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to company insurance carriers.
- Reliable transportation to job sites as required.
- Experience in plumbing installation and fixture installation/repair.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to provide accurate project quotes and close sales.
- Proficiency in invoicing and payment collection.
- Ability to follow company policies, including the material purchase policy.
- Possess a current and valid Journeyman Plumber license in the jurisdiction where work is performed.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy tools, equipment, and materials as part of daily tasks
- Comfortable working in diverse conditions, including confined spaces, rooftops, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
- Requires frequent standing, kneeling, bending, and performing physical labor throughout the day
- Work is primarily conducted at customer locations and job sites, with travel between assignments
- Occasional administrative duties may include quoting jobs and preparing invoices
