What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Discover customer needs and recommend the best solution.
- Close sales using proven sales techniques.
- Present financing and lease-to-own options.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers and referrals.
- Generate your own business through social media and community networking.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions.
- Work with management to exceed monthly sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of successful commissioned sales experience
- Automotive, furniture, mattress, appliance, or other high-ticket retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong closer with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable discussing financing options.
- Highly motivated and competitive.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Weekend availability.
