Ken Ganley Norwalk is looking for a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our growing service department. Whether you have previous experience or are looking to start a career in the automotive industry, we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes.
- Check and top off vehicle fluids.
- Replace air, cabin, and other maintenance filters.
- Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure.
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections.
- Identify maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings to the service advisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures.
- Deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality service to every customer.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous automotive or quick-lube experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
