Experienced Demolition Foreman$25–$35 per Hour + Overtime + Annual Performance Bonus

Dickens Quality Demolition is hiring an Experienced Demolition Foreman to lead commercial demolition projects throughout Arizona.
This is not an entry-level leadership position. We are looking for experienced foremen who can safely lead crews, manage production, and deliver quality work.
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- Previous experience as a Demolition Foreman is required.
- Proven ability to lead demolition crews and manage daily job site operations.
- Ability to read blueprints and job packets.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
- Ability to understand asbestos surveys.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license (MVR will be reviewed).
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Willing to work days, nights, and weekends as project schedules require.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. or more and work from ladders and other equipment.
- Lead by example by working alongside your crew when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise demolition crews.
- Schedule daily work activities and maintain production.
- Order tools, dumpsters, and equipment as needed.
- Complete daily reports and required paperwork.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safe work practices.
- Coordinate with project management and attend required meetings.
- Train and mentor crew members to develop future leaders.
