Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs in person or via phone
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and account transactions accurately using banking software
- Promote and explain various financial products including savings accounts, checking accounts, and loans
- Assist customers with loan origination processes, including application intake and documentation review
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies during all transactions
- Utilize basic math skills for balancing cash drawers, calculating interest, and verifying transaction accuracy
- Support team efforts by cross-selling services and providing financial education to clients
Experience
- Previous experience in banking or financial services preferred, especially in roles involving customer interaction
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain financial products and answer customer inquiries

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
