-Conduct private bridal appointments from beginning to end
-Build trust and create a warm, professional experience for each bride
-Ask thoughtful questions to understand the bride’s style, priorities, timeline, and budget
-Select appropriate gowns and confidently guide the appointment
-Address concerns and help brides make purchasing decisions without being pushy
-Follow up with brides after their appointments
-Work toward individual and boutique sales goals
-Maintain accurate client notes, measurements, contracts, and payment information
-Learn our designers, inventory, pricing, ordering process, and boutique policies
-Prepare fitting rooms and help maintain a clean, organized, luxury environment
-Assist with opening, closing, dress preparation, and other daily boutique responsibilities
-Support the team during busy appointments and weekends
-Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
