- We are seeking full-time LPNs to work with disabled adults in group homes.
- Available shifts- Mon-Fri 3-11, Sat and Sun 9a-5p, Sat 9a-11p, Sat 9a-5p, Sat and Sun 5p-11p, Mon-Thurs 11p-9a, Fri-Sun 11p-9a
- New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse license
- NJ driver's license required
- CPR and First Aid Certification (will train when hired)
- Self-starter / Ability to work autonomously.
- Good assessment abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Provision of services according to the needs and demands of the therapy schedule which, at any time, may be changed by management based on a variety of factors”
- Medical Clearance including Mantoux
- Preferred: One year of experience working with individuals with developmentally disabilities
- DDD Trainings- Overview of DD; Medication Training; Abuse and Neglect a plus but will train

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with patients and their families.
Pay: $34.00 - $39.00 per hour
