Position Details
- Status: Full Time (36–40 hours/week)
- Schedule: 4-day work week, Monday through Friday (variable)
- Compensation: Starting hourly rate is $32.00 but negotiable based on experience
- Setting: Outpatient Endoscopy Surgery Center
- Duties:
- Rotate through Pre-Op, Procedure Room (assisting physicians), and Recovery
- Administer moderate sedation
- Ensure excellent patient care and safety throughout the patient process
- Assist with pre-op phone calls
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Indiana RN license in good standing
- CPR certification (required)
- ACLS certification (strongly preferred but not required)
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in an ambulatory surgery or endoscopy center preferred but not required
- Prior experience with moderate sedation and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written English
- A commitment to exceptional patient care and team collaboration

The Endoscopy Center at St. Francis is a physician owned ambulatory surgery center, formed as a joint venture between Franciscan Health and the physicians of Indianapolis Gastroenterology physicians (IGH). Conveniently located in the professional building on Franciscan Health’s south campus, our Center is independent of hospital operations.
