Renovation Construction Manager
Pay Breakdown: $60,000-$90,000 base pay + $12,000/year vehicle/gas/phone allowances + benefits
Seeking a high-performing RENOVATION Construction Manager to take full ownership of jobsite execution from pre-construction to completion with an award-winning residential remodeling company. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality remodeling projects with a relentless focus on schedule, margin, and quality execution.
This role is for someone who takes charge and sees problems before they happen, leads a team with confidence, and fully owns results. If you need constant direction or are afraid of holding others accountable- this is not the right role for you.
This role requires a strong understanding of the unique challenges of residential remodeling- working in occupied homes, coordinating multiple trades on tight timelines, and managing evolving scopes with clarity and professionalism. Must have extensive RENOVATION experience, not interviewing candidates with new home construction experience only.
