Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Associate to play a critical role in driving business growth by managing inbound sales calls, ensuring positive customer experience and meeting sales, profit and customer service targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service/inside sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare shipping documents – domestic and international

Handle international shipping related matters that arise.
- Customer Service

Work with customers and vendors as needed

Process payments and refunds accordingly.

Provide any necessary custom clearance requests.
- Sales Support

Work with and support sales reps as needed to place order items
- Industry trade shows, conferences and training courses

Venue related matters

Draft contracts for instructors

Internal and external communication with employes, attendees and industry partners
- Other office functions as necessary
- Cross-train and support for related companies

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

3+ years of customer service/inside sales experience

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in customer service software and CRM platforms

Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
