Join the largest family-owned Overhead Door company in Connecticut and become the primary point of contact for our Cromwell location. You'll work independently each day while collaborating with a supportive administrative team across four locations.
This is a dynamic role that combines customer service, office operations, and marketing. Every day is different, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of their work.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers
- Answer inbound phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage and create content for our social media platforms
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office
- Coordinate general office operations and support daily business activities
- Assist with marketing materials and promotional projects (experience with design software is a plus but not required)
- Work closely with the management team while operating independently at your location
What We're Looking For
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance

- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, learning new software, and communicating with customers
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person
