American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in California, requiring a CA RN license, Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification, and a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience.

Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting

Patient population includes laboring patients and newly delivered mothers and newborns

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

13-week contract

Active CA RN license required

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP (Provider), and Advanced Fetal Monitoring

Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required

Must be comfortable caring for both newborns and postpartum mothers

2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

Previous employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler

Only one holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract
