Avid Auto Detailing is looking for an experienced automotive film installer who can handle window tint, paint protection film, and/or vinyl wraps. You do not need to be a master at all three, but you must be highly skilled in at least one and willing to grow into the others.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean installs, sharp edges, proper prep, and high-quality work. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with tint, PPF, wraps, or a combination of the three and wants to grow with a serious automotive shop.
Responsibilities
- Install window tint on customer vehicles
- Install PPF on partial fronts, full fronts, mirrors, bumpers, and other panels
- Install vinyl wraps, chrome deletes, accents, roof wraps, and trim pieces
- Prep vehicles properly before installation
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate clearly with the team about job timelines, material needs, and issues
- Help ensure every vehicle leaves looking clean, professional, and customer-ready
Requirements
- Experience installing window tint, PPF, vinyl wraps, or automotive film
- Strong attention to detail
- Clean, professional work habits
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners
- Must care about quality and customer satisfaction
Preferred But Not Required
- Experience with multiple film services
- Ceramic coating or detailing experience
- Ability to remove old tint/wrap/film
- Experience with plotter-cut patterns or bulk installs
- Sales/customer communication ability
Pay depends on experience and skill level. Open to hourly, commission, flat-rate, or hybrid pay structure for the right person.
