Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in residential settings. Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately execute electrical projects.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to perform wiring, conduit bending, panel installation, and system upgrades.
- Work on low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in industrial automation processes.
- Conduct renovation work on existing electrical systems while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate electrical installations on new builds or remodeling projects.
- Utilize testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical faults accurately.
- Read construction blueprints and schematics to ensure precise installation according to project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Skills
- Extensive experience with industrial electrician tasks including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Proven commercial electrician experience with knowledge of NEC standards for various building types.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing devices essential for electrical diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of low voltage systems such as security alarms, data cabling, and communication networks; familiarity with high voltage systems is a plus.
- Ability to read complex schematics and blueprints accurately for precise installation or repair work.
- Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
- Skilled in framing carpentry and handyman tasks that support electrical projects or general building maintenance.
- Knowledge of renovation processes involving electrical upgrades or system replacements within existing structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines.
