Duties
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our programs and services directly to residents
- Engage with community members through outdoor events, street outreach, and neighborhood visits
- Promote brand awareness by distributing flyers, promotional materials, and informational content
- Build rapport with residents by listening to their needs and providing clear, friendly explanations of our offerings
- Collect feedback and gather contact information for follow-up communications or future outreach campaigns
- Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and outreach strategies across neighborhoods
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse populations and expand outreach reach
Experience
- Supervising experience or leadership roles in community outreach or sales environments preferred
- Proven marketing experience with a focus on field sales or door-to-door campaigns
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader demographic
- Prior outdoor work experience involving canvassing, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively
- Experience in fundraising or similar community engagement initiatives is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in outdoor settings while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm

Pay: $700.00 - $3,750.00 per week
