About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee the full operations of a beautiful oceanfront condominium community consisting of 174 units.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to residents, board members, and the community as a whole. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and experienced in all aspects of condominium association management.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and staff

Manage the day-to-day operations of the community

Oversee maintenance operations, property appearance, and vendor performance

Supervise onsite staff and contractors

Assist the Board in achieving operational and financial goals for the association

Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and reserve planning

Ensure compliance with Florida statutes, association governing documents, and policies

Coordinate board meetings, annual meetings, and community communications

Handle resident concerns professionally and efficiently

Oversee projects, preventative maintenance, and capital improvements
Qualifications:

Active Florida CAM License REQUIRED

Minimum 3+ years of condominium/community association management experience REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of Florida condominium laws and association operations

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and property operations preferred

Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
