Job Summary
Network 1 Financial Securities, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and support all aspects of the firm's IT infrastructure for its financial services business.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, self-motivated professional who is committed to helping the company grow by maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment. This individual should be able to work independently while collaborating with management and staff to support the firm's evolving business needs.
In addition to managing existing infrastructure, the successful candidate should possess strong knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and integrating new systems and technologies. This includes evaluating business requirements, designing scalable solutions, deploying new applications and infrastructure, improving cybersecurity, and ensuring that all systems remain efficient, secure, and capable of supporting the firm's continued growth in the rapidly evolving financial services industry.

The position is based at the company's main office in Red Bank, New Jersey. This is not a remote position.
Salary and the overall compensation package will be commensurate with experience.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
