Job Overview

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Care for floors through carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and appropriate maintenance techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked for efficient operations
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning products
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
- Experience with laundry processes and garment care techniques
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or hospitality industry practices is a plus
