QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required;
-
Minimum of two (2) years of successful full-time work-related experience or equivalent, with federal funds within a school district preferred;

Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations to include, including Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR), compliance guidelines as well as District policies & procedures.

Proven ability to determine the proper use of funds as per funding regulations.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft and Google products

Demonstrated proficiency in general office management and procedures;

Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must have a high level of integrity regarding department records;

Ability to work as a member of a team to aid department staff, supervisors, team members, school/department personnel, and the public in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines;
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Annual Contract 230 days
SALARY:
$55,391 (BA-3)
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist the Director of Federal Programs and Grants in training campus, department, and private non-profit contacts on processes, purchasing, monitoring, record keeping, and required documentation (Title II and Title IV; Title I as needed);

Review and approval of supporting documentation of purchase requests for accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines . (Title II and Title IV; Title I as needed);

Create and maintain grant budget spreadsheets for all district and private non-profit programs utilizing Title II or Title IV funding;

Gather and maintain documentation for grant-funded staff; including but not limited to salary information (Title II and Title IV) and semi-annual certifications and signed job descriptions. (Title I, Title II, and Title IV);

Create and review the Title I Crate for all campuses and departments to ensure all federal, state, and district guidelines are met and provide support to campuses/programs to meet requirements;

Coordinate the Spanish translation of District and Campus Improvement Plans;

Collaborate with the finance and purchasing departments to meet grant fiscal and program mandates; and ensure compliance with federal procurement requirements;

Facilitate communication between campuses, district departments, and the Director of Federal Programs to resolve questions related to federal guidelines;

Keep apprised of and comply with state, federal, and district regulations (Title I, Title II, and Title IV);

Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.; and

Other duties as assigned.
