We’re looking for a high-producing Collision Estimator who knows how to write clean sheets, control DRPs, and consistently close work. This role is for someone who can handle volume, take ownership, and push production.
What You Bring
- 5+ years collision estimating experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong DRP experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven ability to handle high car count and workload
- Ability to identify full repair scope upfront (no missed damage)
- Strong close rate and customer communication
- Self-managed — you don’t need to be babysat
What You’ll Do
- Write accurate, high-quality estimates (CCC or similar)
- Manage DRP relationships and keep jobs flowing
- Control the job from intake → delivery
- Work with production to maintain cycle time and profitability
- Maximize repair opportunities while maintaining OEM standards
Compensation
- $25/hr base
- Aggressive performance bonus based on sales
- Top performers will earn significantly more
