Project Coordinator- PC GMP Nutraceuticals
The Project Coordinator is employed by GMP Nutraceuticals to oversee certain stages of ALL projects. They’re in charge of the various tasks involved in the implementation of a project, such as scheduling, organizing, record-keeping and handling information flow to and from Management and customer to production. Nutraceuticals experience a plus.
- The Project Coordinator will monitor the overall progress of each job and will update the management and customer regularly on the status of each production order.
- PC will also regularly schedule as well as attend meetings between management, clients, and production. They’ll prepare the presentation items for the meetings and will share their meeting notes with the management. When any important decisions or action items are made during the meeting, the Project Coordinator will make sure to follow up on these with the necessary parties who are assigned these responsibilities.
- PC will follow the process flow set forth by leadership to ensure each step is being followed and completed in a timely manner.
- All customer correspondence will be approved or communicated to the leadership before sending it off to any customer.
- PC will communicate with clients regularly and monitor client satisfaction; escalate client concerns when unable to resolve directly.
- Templated email correspondence will be sent out to update each customer on each production job given to GMP Nutraceuticals.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans and project schedules. Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings.
- Coordination and follow-up of project tasks and actions.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Providing administrative support as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
