What You'll Do
- Help customers find the cannabis products that best fit their needs from our wide selection of premium flower, concentrates, vape products, edibles, and more.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with all state regulations and company policies.
- Process sales transactions and accurately handle cash.
- Assist with stocking products and maintaining accurate inventory.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Create an inviting retail environment through attractive merchandising and displays.
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, and cannabis education to better assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Cash handling or retail experience is a plus but not required.
