We are looking for an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead job sites from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable managing multiple trades, and take pride in delivering quality work on time — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial tenant improvement projects from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors and self-perform crews on site daily
- Enforce project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Coordinate directly with clients, landlords, and local AHJs
- Review and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications
- Maintain daily logs, punch lists, and project documentation
- Travel to project sites nationwide as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent (retail/commercial TI preferred)
- Strong knowledge of multiple trades: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
