Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing aid consultations and fittings
- Program, verify, and adjust hearing aids
- Provide follow-up care and patient counseling
- Troubleshoot hearing aid issues
- Build long-term relationships with patients
- Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Current NYS Hearing Instrument Specialist license
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
