Position Summary: This position plans, directs, and/or coordinates compensation and benefits activities for Data Monitor Systems, Inc. This includes working with insurance brokers to ensure the best rates for health benefit coverage and disseminating information to employees regarding benefits being offered. This position works closely with the Senior Vice President to provide information on personnel matters; stores information regarding grievances and/or complaints and accidents. Works with insurance broker for policies regarding General Liability, Auto, Workers' Compensation, Employment Practices Liability Insurance (list not all inclusive). Responsibilities also include the company 401k, COBRA and FMLA.
Experience: 2 year's experience working in Human Resources. Experience with Unions, Dept. of Labor, Service Contract Agreement.
