Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Technician and be a vital part of maintaining a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment. 3 hours per night, 3 nights per week with occasional Saturday hours available. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Dispose of waste properly, adhering to environmental and safety guidelines
- Use specialized equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, or steam cleaners as needed to achieve optimal results
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
- Uphold health and safety standards by following proper sanitation protocols at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment throughout shifts
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
