Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and attentive Court Monitor to help keep guests safe and ensure they have a fun experience at our indoor trampoline park. The Court Monitor will supervise trampoline areas, enforce safety rules, assist guests, and respond quickly to any accidents or emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor guests and trampoline areas at all times.
- Explain and enforce park safety rules and procedures.
- Make sure guests use the equipment properly and safely.
- Watch for unsafe behavior and address issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Respond to injuries, accidents, and other emergencies according to park procedures.
- Keep the trampoline area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate safety concerns and incidents to management.
- Help create a fun, welcoming, and positive environment for guests.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to move quickly when needed to assist guests.
- Ability to bend, reach, climb stairs, and perform basic emergency assistance.
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Environment
This position may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and busy periods. Court Monitors work in an active, high-energy indoor environment and play an important role in keeping guests safe while they enjoy the park.
Pay: From $13.75 per hour
Work Location: In person
