Operations Field Superintendent – Commercial Roofing

$110,000–$130,000 Base Salary + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Benefits

My client is a well-established commercial roofing contractor with an outstanding reputation in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of commercial and industrial projects, they are looking to add an experienced Operations Field Superintendent to their team.
This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in running organized, productive job sites while mentoring crews and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do

Lead field operations on commercial roofing projects from mobilization through completion.

Supervise, mentor, and develop field crews while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

Partner closely with Project Managers and Operations to ensure successful project execution.

Perform site inspections and maintain quality control throughout each phase of construction.

Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

Build strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.

Support planning, scheduling, and efficient resource allocation across multiple projects.
What We're Looking For

10+ years of commercial roofing experience.

Proven experience leading commercial roofing field operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience managing multiple crews and coordinating complex commercial projects.

Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and commercial roofing safety practices.

Experience in industrial environments, including refineries or similarly complex facilities, is highly preferred.

Technical training or certifications in construction management, commercial roofing systems, or OSHA are a plus.
