Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and identifying their needs through conversation.
- Recommending and selling mobile phones, tablets, accessories, wireless plans, home internet, and other T-Mobile products and services.
- Explaining features, pricing, promotions, and financing options in a clear and accurate way.
- Activating new lines, upgrading devices, transferring data, and assisting with account changes.
- Troubleshooting basic device and service issues or directing customers to appropriate support resources.
- Building long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service and following up when appropriate.
- Meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets and performance metrics.
- Cross-selling and upselling products such as device protection plans, accessories, and additional services.
- Processing transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and payments.
- Maintaining product knowledge by staying current on new devices, technologies, promotions, and company policies.
- Keeping the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Managing inventory, receiving shipments, and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Following company policies regarding customer privacy, security, and compliance.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals and provide a positive customer experience.
- Participating in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
