JOB We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Testing Proctor/Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and administering various tests and supervising student employees in the controlled environment of the Ephraim Campus Testing Center. This position ensures strict adherence to testing protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
Part-time position:

9 Months - fall and spring Semesters only (December break and summers off).

Average 15-18 hours weekly.

Flexible hours based on testing schedules and demands. Shifts could be early afternoon, evenings and some weekends as needed.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or testing procedures preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in proctoring or supervising tests is advantageous.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with testing software and equipment is desirable.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
