If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and enjoy figuring out how things work, this could be a great fit. We're looking for a Rubber Extrusion Operator to join our 2nd shift team and help keep our production lines running smoothly.
You'll play an important role in making quality products our customers can count on. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to learn, build your skills, and make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Set up dies and downstream equipment
- Load materials and keep production moving
- Read prints and blueprints
- Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy
- Monitor products to make sure they meet customer and company specifications
- Record production information accurately
- Package finished products
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they come up
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Self-motivated and ready to jump in and get the job done
- A quick learner with a positive attitude
- Mechanically minded and enjoys solving problems
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with measurements and production data
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Experienced with gauges and tooling? Even better!
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods during your shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

2nd Shift | 8-hour shift M-F
