Compensation
The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.
Required Qualifications

Possess a minimum of three to five years of experience managing production teams specifically within heavy industrial manufacturing sectors, excluding food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
Core Duties

Direct a workforce of 10 to 15 staff members to help the department consistently achieve its output targets, quality benchmarks, and safety goals.

Organize daily manufacturing tasks and personnel schedules to cultivate an encouraging and efficient workplace culture.

Mentor and develop production staff to enhance their individual skill sets and boost overall operational productivity.

Manage administrative tasks such as attendance, leave requests, and performance documentation through the company HRIS platform.

Offer consistent leadership and technical support to the floor team to resolve obstacles that could otherwise hinder safety, quality, or production efficiency.
