Holy Toledo is looking for a full-time Fashion Operations Associate. Are you fashion obsessed and want to learn more about consignment, pricing, merchandising and trend forecasting? We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking individual who works well with others providing outstanding customer service, and exceptional skills in accepting and processing of merchandise.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers on the sales floor, at the dressing room, and the register and purchase counter.
- Inspecting and assessing the intake items for acceptance for consignment.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and product knowledge.
- Maintaining knowledge of current brands, fashion trends, and price points.
- Research and determine pricing for incoming consignment clothing and accessories.
- Enter item details, including descriptions and pricing, into the POS system.
- Ensure accurate and consistent inventory records.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with intake team to ensure smooth processing of new items.
- Communicating store inventory needs to customers.
- Fashion and brand knowledge (Preferred).
- Merchandising the store and keep the store clean and presentable.
- Must have ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail & Strong Analytical skills.
- Team player who works well with others.
- Long term interest.
- PC computer skills, required.
- Administrative tasks
- Reliable.
- Operating the Point of Sale (POS) System and handling all sales related tasks.
- Maintain high standards in store appearance, merchandise standards, and customer experience. This includes but not limited to counting cash drawer, merchandising, cleaning, preparation of displays, and answering phones.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 1 year Fashion experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of Brands (Preferred).
- Professionalism is key – show professionalism when interacting with clients.
- Extraordinary people and customer service skills.
- Desire to grow within the fashion industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 40.0 per week
