American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel contract serving San Mateo County, CA.

Home health setting serving patients across Brisbane, Daly City, Colma, South San Francisco, Pacifica, and neighboring cities

Day shift hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with schedule flexibility based on patient availability

13-week contract

Minimum 1 year of home health PT experience required

Current CA PT license required (license required if applicable)

Active BLS/BCLS certification required

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients using medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and maximize patient performance

May supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as part of caseload responsibilities

Responsible for completing initial admission/evaluation visits and reporting OASIS scores to the Clinical Team Manager within established timelines

Documentation responsibilities include clinical findings, skilled interventions, goals, and discharge planning
