Crocker Sales Co., Inc.is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who is wanting to better their careers and grow with New England’s largest hot tub and swim spa retailer! In search of a dedicated, proactive, responsible individual with customer service and administrative experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer Phone's and transfer to the appropriate person or department
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues they are having with their hot tub or swim spa
- Intake of service tickets
- Scheduling of the Service Technicians
- Perform water testing and provide water analysis
- Assist Customers in the store finding the products
- Check customers out at the Register
- Assist customer’s over the phone with questions about the products purchased through Crocker Sales
- Process Service Orders
- Process Warranty Claims
- Data Entry
- Other duties as assigned
Salary: $17 / hour to $20/ hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
