We are currently seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Multi Lines Service Representative to join our team. You will be working closely with account producers in servicing our clients insurance needs with professionalism and expertise.
Requirements
- Must be self-directed with first rate telephone skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, and the internet.
- Experience not necessary.
- Obtaining Insurance License (reimbursement program*)
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls.
- Issuing Auto ID cards.
- Preparing Certificates of Insurance.
- Preparing Binders.
- General policy review.
- Processing changes and renewals.
- Claims processing.
- Making and taking payments.
- Direct contact with company underwriters, service staff and clientele.
- Inputting information into the agency software system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
