We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys cooking and takes pride in putting out great food. Whether you've spent years on the line or you're looking for a place to grow, we're interested in finding dependable people who care about quality, work well with others, and enjoy a fast-paced kitchen.
This is a hands-on cooking position where you'll be involved in prep, service, cleaning, and everything that goes into running a professional kitchen. Every member of our team plays an important role, and we're looking for someone who's willing to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Complete daily prep and set up your station for service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help receive, label, rotate, and store deliveries.
- Communicate with the kitchen team throughout service to keep things running smoothly.
- Assist with closing duties and general kitchen cleaning.
- Help wherever needed to support the team and the guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience is required.
- Solid knife skills.
- Intermediate cooking knowledge.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
