Duties

- Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer operations with integrity
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an appealing store presentation and ensure product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about store products, promotions, and policies using clear communication skills
- Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or through digital channels
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and ensuring inventory levels meet customer demand
Qualifications
- Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
