TAP CRE is a growing commercial real estate brokerage based in downtown Detroit, and we're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Real Estate Operations Coordinator to be the backbone of our deal flow and day-to-day operations. In this role you'll keep transactions moving from agreement to close, support our brokers, and help the whole team run smoothly — and you'll share in the wins with a bonus on every closing. Responsibilities
- Coordinate listings and transactions from agreement through closing — prepare and track documents, manage signatures, deadlines, and closing checklists with precision
- Provide licensed support to our brokers under broker supervision: prepare and deliver disclosures, gather property and market information, and coordinate showings and client meetings
- Keep operations running: scheduling, vendor coordination, supplies, CRM upkeep, and onboarding logistics for new team members
- Drive marketing: build offering memorandums and flyers, and keep listings current on CoStar, Crexi, and LoopNet
- Serve as a central point of communication across clients, brokers, title/escrow, and vendors to keep every deal on track
- Help ensure compliance with Michigan real estate law and Fair Housing requirements
Qualifications
- Active Michigan real estate salesperson license — or willingness to obtain one within 60 days (we sponsor your license and reimburse the course and exam)
- Exceptional organization and the ability to juggle multiple deals and deadlines without dropping details
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and the ability to pick up new software quickly
- Commercial real estate, title, escrow, or transaction-coordination experience is a plus — but we're open on background and will train the right, motivated person
- A proactive, customer-first problem solver who takes ownership

Pay: $53,538.39 - $84,476.34 per year
