Job Description:
The Director of IT & Innovation will report to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and will lead the Company's information technology strategy, operations, and innovation initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that support business operations and long-term strategic objectives. The Director oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, programming, automation, vendor relationships, and emerging technologies while leading internal IT staff and managed service providers (MSPs). Working closely with leadership across the organization, this individual drives technology planning, operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement to enhance business performance and the employee experience. The Director of IT and Innovation will be a champion and leader of our company’s core values, while maintaining internal and external customer engagement and satisfaction.
Some responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing IT team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Direct the Company's technology operations, including infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, programming, and automation.
- Develop and execute the Company's technology strategy, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives and future growth.
- Oversee technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and system reliability.
- Manage relationships with managed service providers (MSPs), software vendors, and technology partners to ensure exceptional service and value.
- Lead technology budgeting, strategic planning, software licensing, and technology lifecycle management.
- Champion innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation initiatives.
Establish technology governance, performance metrics, and operational standards while providing leadership with insight into IT performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field – preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible IT leadership experience, including managing technical teams and vendor relationships. A combination of education and experience totaling at least ten (10) years will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Microsoft environments, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
- Experience leading technology strategy, budgeting, infrastructure planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience overseeing programming, automation, or software development teams is preferred.
- Relevant Microsoft, networking, or cybersecurity certifications – preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
