The JOC Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing a team of at least six Project Managers while ensuring all assigned projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. This role requires a highly experienced construction professional with strong leadership, communication, scheduling, financial management, and client-facing skills.
The JOC Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of accountability for overall project performance, team development, client satisfaction, subcontractor coordination, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
● Directly manage and supervise a team of at least six Project Managers.
● Oversee multiple active projects from pre-construction through closeout.
● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.
● Review and manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and pay applications.
● Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability to Project Managers and project teams.
● Work closely with ownership, executives, estimators, superintendents, safety teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
● Monitor project financial performance, including cost reports, forecasting, billing, and profitability.
● Identify project risks early and develop corrective action plans.
● Ensure company policies, safety standards, quality control procedures, and client requirements are followed.
● Lead internal project review meetings and provide executive-level reporting on project status.
● Assist with contract review, scope clarification, project planning, and buyout strategies.
● Support business development efforts through client relationships and successful project execution.
● Resolve disputes, delays, and field-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
● Ensure proper project documentation and closeout procedures are completed.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience preferred.
● Prior experience managing multiple Project Managers or project teams required.
● Strong knowledge of construction operations, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and project controls.
● Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
● Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong financial management skills with the ability to track budgets, costs, projections, and profitability.
● Ability to work with executives, clients, field personnel, subcontractors, and public/private owners.
● Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office, and project reporting systems.
● Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, but not required with equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $220,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and overall fit.
