Responsibilities
Work in synergy with our ISAs and real estate agents, educating them on available loan programs
Deliver swift, competent responses to our in-house Realtor and builder referrals
Follow up promptly on inbound leads and collaborate with our ISAs and agents on each lead
Make full use of our company-provided CRM system, ensuring it remains updated
Engage with applicants promptly, providing insightful, consultative mortgage options
Review rates, costs, and program options and keep all stakeholders informed of transaction status
Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large to retain existing and attract new business
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals
Qualifications
NMLS #, Licensed loan officer
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Proven history of originating purchase loans
Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed mortgage originator
Willingness to use video conferencing daily
A college degree is strongly preferred
Live in Denver, CO
Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
Pay: $75,369.00 - $250,985.00 per year
