Roughing It In Style creates one-of-a-kind homes through handcrafted furniture, cabinetry, lighting, and full interior design services. We're hiring a Sales and Service Manager for our Fort Collins showroom to work alongside the General Manager and lead our sales, office, and warehouse teams.
You might come from retail, interior design, or construction management. What matters most is how you lead people and how you treat customers, from their first walk through the door to final delivery.
What you'll do
Lead, coach, and develop the team across sales, design, office, and warehouse functions
Sell on the floor while modeling the service standard you expect from the team
Assist in day-to-day store operations so customers get a seamless experience
Manage the point of sale system, logistics, and vendor and customer claims
Find ways to improve store performance and operational efficiency
What you'll bring
3+ years in retail, sales, design, or construction management
Proven leadership and a track record of hitting business goals
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfort with computers and office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and point of sale systems
A professional presence and a team-first attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice to have
Experience leading a sales team in a retail or interior design setting
Familiarity with tools and basic construction methods
CAD or kitchen design experience
Inventory management and logistics background
Schedule
Full-time, averaging 40 to 45 hours per week. Two weekends per month, with weekday days off flexed around business needs.
Physical requirements
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly for showroom setup and furniture movement.
