The Craft Chiropractic is a fast-growing, patient-first practice in Frisco looking for a Doctor of Chiropractic who can do two things well: deliver outstanding care to the patients we put in front of you and go out and build your own.
We have a proven patient acquisition engine — your schedule will not be empty. We also teach you how to hunt — community outreach, gym partnerships, corporate wellness, events. The DCs who thrive here show up, build relationships, and grow a panel they're proud of.
What you'll walk into:
- A steady flow of new patients from day one — we handle acquisition so you can focus on care

What we're looking for:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
- Texas DC license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- A clinician who genuinely cares about patient outcomes and retention
- Someone with a hunter mentality — you see a gym, a corporate campus, a community event, and you think opportunity
- Strong communicator who builds trust fast with patients and referral partners
- Team player who fits a high-energy, growth-oriented culture
Bonus points:
- Experience with cash-based or mixed-model practices
- Existing community ties in Frisco or North DFW
- Familiarity with insurance billing workflows
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $60,000/year
- Performance bonus based on patient volume and collections

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
