Independent Contractor Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Licensed Nail Technicians with proven expertise in holistic, natural nail care services to provide services within our luxury spa environment. This is not an employee position. Professionals accepted into this opportunity will operate as independent contractors under a 1099 agreement.
We are interested in partnering with highly skilled nail professionals who are confident in their abilities, committed to exceptional client experiences, and capable of working independently within a professional spa environment.
Selected contractors may have the opportunity to service existing clientele through the Keep It Locked Hair Spa booking portal, as well as walk-in clients, in addition to serving their own clientele. These opportunities are offered on a percentage split basis.
Required Service Categories
HOLISTIC MANICURE SERVICES
Applicants should be proficient in the majority of the following services:
- Natural manicures utilizing non-chemical techniques
- Natural nail shaping, filing, and buffing
- Cuticle care using gentle, non-chemical methods
- Gel polish application and removal
- Hand massage utilizing plant-based oils, creams, and butters
- Client education regarding natural nail maintenance and aftercare
HOLISTIC PEDICURE SERVICES
Applicants should be proficient in the majority of the following services:
- Natural pedicures utilizing holistic techniques
- Plant-based foot soaks and foot bath treatments
- Callus softening and reduction using gentle, non-abrasive methods
- Natural nail grooming and maintenance
- Foot and lower leg massage utilizing plant-based oils and butters
- Spa-quality aftercare recommendations
Please Note
This opportunity focuses exclusively on natural nail care services. Acrylic services, dip powder services, and hard gel enhancements are not part of this position.
SANITATION & CLIENT CARE
Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in:
- Proper sanitation and disinfection procedures
- Safe tool preparation and handling
- Professional client consultations
- Service customization based on client needs
- Maintaining a clean, organized treatment area
- Delivering exceptional customer service

This is not a training opportunity. Applicants should already possess the technical skills necessary to perform the services they offer.
Qualified applicants may be asked to participate in a practical skills demonstration, portfolio review, model service, or technical interview as part of the contractor selection process.
Applicants should currently maintain an active client base of at least 10 recurring clients.

Availability
Opportunities are available for professionals who wish to accept daytime, evening, weekend, or limited-schedule appointments.

Independent Contractor Information
