About You:
The Driver is a crucial role in ensuring our locations receive empanadas in a timely and efficient manner. As a Driver, you will operate Half Moon Empanadas vehicles, ensuring deliveries are made according to schedule, and represent our brand responsibly on the road. Your positive interactions with our Retail Team Members and assistance with product distribution and receiving are essential to our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operates Half Moon Empanadas vehicles in a safe manner and always being courteous on the road, following all rules of the road and demonstrating courtesy.

Positively interacting with our Retail Team Members, assisting them with the distribution and receiving of product.

Follows standardized processes for preparing for departure from the production center and adhering to delivery standards.

Demonstrates the highest level of guest satisfaction when interacting with our guests during customer facing deliveries.

Contributes to operational efficiency by offering suggestions for process improvements.

Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Exemplifies the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Must be able to possess and maintain a Florida Class E, B or A driver’s license

Follows and maintains TSA and airport security protocol
Education and Experience:

High School or 2 years of relevant experience is preferred

Must have a collaborative and teamwork mindset

Bilingual – Spanish and English – is preferred but nor required
Work Environment & Schedule:
This role is a full-time non-exempt role, in varying kitchen and industrial food manufacturing settings. Occasionally early morning hours and late evenings may be required to attend events and conduct special projects. This position requires prolonged standing and walking. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
