We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and oversee nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership/management experience
Current RN license in good standing
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with staffing, care planning, audits, and survey readiness preferred
