Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi is looking for an experienced luxury brand service technician. The Automotive Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on luxury brand vehicles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with luxury brand vehicles and will be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues. The Automotive Service Technician will work closely with other members of the service team to ensure that all vehicles are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance on luxury brand vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair complex issues with luxury brand vehicles, including engine and transmission problems
- Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Communicate the status of customer vehicles and provide recommendations for additional services or repairs
- Work closely with other members of the service team to ensure that all vehicles are serviced in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience working with Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and drug test
